While I was surfing the net this morning in the hopes of finding a cheaper life insurance quote, I stumbled across a site that sells mechanical breakdown insurance. What a neat idea! It really is no benefit to me, but I did send the link to my uncle that has his own business. He hadn’t heard of it before so he was quite happy that I sent him the link. It really does amaze me on what type of things and information is available in today’s market. What will they come up with next?
My Norton anti virus is running out so it’s time that I re-invest in an anti virus program. Now normally I go with Norton, just because I’m familiar with the name, but I thought I would try something different this time. So I have been scouring the Internet to see if I can find another anti virus program that will work better. And, I found one. I found this anti virus program over at sunbeltsoftware. This site sells the most amazing antivirus software at a very reasonable cost.
This software is great for netbooks or notebooks that need malware protection, it does not use up all of my computer’s resources, and you are given full protection from any e-mail threats. One of the best features of purchasing this program is that there is never an automatic credit card charge. You decide if this software is the software for you and your computer. So… it looks like I will be changing anti virus programs. It looks like I’ve found a winner.
I was asked to check out this website and give my honest opinion of Sunbelt Software, for which I’m receiving cash compensation
I have so much to do today that it’s really not funny. Not only do I have my usually Monday morning cleaning of the entire house, but I just received a job from one of my online companies to write ten articles on the best acne treatment on the market today. I really don’t know where I’m going to find the time to do all this. I actually don’t think I will be able to get it all done today. Oh well, what doesn’t get done today will still be waiting for me tomorrow.
Once again over the weekend my computer let me down. It crashed big time! I had to re-install everything and let me tell you all, that was not fun! Thankfully I had taken advantage of a free online backup service a little while ago, so I didn’t exactly lose everything. But what a major pain in the a**. I guess I’m really going to have to start saving my pennies to buy a new one. These problems with my computer are happening way to often these days to my liking. So hopefully I can save up the cash and buy a new unit. I certainly hope so. I never want to put in another weekend like I did this weekend.
I have been sitting at this computer all morning and not getting much done. It is running so slow that it is taking me twice as long to get anything accomplished. I’m almost to the point that I’m going to shut the stupid thing down for the day and go sit outside on my patio cushions for the entire afternoon. Now most days this doesn’t aggravate me quite so much, but today I have a lot of work to do and I don’t think I’m going to get it all done. I really do hope that Santa is reading this post, takes pity on me and sends me a brand new laptop this Christmas.
As you can tell by my recent posts (or lack there of) I haven’t been in here blogging very much. There is a reason for this. I now lack the motivation to get in here and post. After blogging for three years, I think I’m finally running out of steam. I really don’t want to give up blogging all together, but if my interest doesn’t return I’m afraid that this might happen. Hopefully all I need to do is take a little break and then things may fall back into place again. So… you probably will see me in here every once and a while for a while, but when things change here at home, I do have plans of spending more time in here.
Many of you may not be aware of this, but lately I have been trying my hand at general transcription. Although I do find this work quite tedious, I do enjoy doing it so I think I will continue on with this type of work for a little while. But I have also been thinking about doing some medical billing and coding as well. But to do this I would have to take medical coding training courses to get into this field. I don’t know if I’m prepared to pay money for courses just yet. So I think I will just continue on with what I’m doing and possibly down the road check out this other profession a little more closely.
Online shopping makes me nervous. It always has. I am always wondering just how safe a site really is. Yesterday I was looking at different sites online which offered the consumer an annuity. But I was really hesitant to take it any further because of course I was a little nervous about how safe these sites are. Most of my friends do a lot of online shopping and have never experienced any sorts of problems. But me being the nervous nelly that I am, I can see that I’m probably never going to do a major amount of online shopping in my life time.
Last night as I was surfing the Internet I came across a site over at www.cards-411.com. This site supplies and sells Pregnancy Announcements. They have the widest variety of Announcements Pregnancy that I have found on the Internet. You can custom order your pregnancy announcement or you can pick from their many choices of maternity announcements. I know if I was looking for a site to purchase pregnancy cards, this would be the site I would look at. Their prices are extremely reasonable and with their fast shipping practices, you will have your invitations when you want them.
When my husband receives his income tax refund, he plans on purchasing a brand new laptop for himself. He will then give his old one to the kids for them to share. Currently they have one that they watch Christian videos on, play games on and do some school work research on, but it has just about given up the ghost so they really do need a new computer. Right now the one they have, can only be used if it’s plugged in and a couple of the keys are missing. Plus, their computer doesn’t have a whole lot of memory, so getting them a newer one is a top priority right now. I don’t know who is more excited about getting a new laptop, the kids or my husband.
