No I don’t smoke cao cigars or anything like that, but I do smoke cigarettes. I have been a smoker for the past 30 years and I would really love to quit. I have tried several times in the past but haven’t had any success with it so far. But… I keep trying. If I could only find an effective way to quit smoking I would feel better, the family would be happier and I could save some money. Oh well, as long as I keep trying I guess I’m really not failing right??

Although my children don’t have their final report cards yet this year I was already told that they both passed! This means that my daughter will be going into her final year of middle school next year and my son will be headed up for his first year of middle school. Man oh man, where has the time gone? So I guess that means I’ll have to invest in a couple of grading presents this year. I really wish I could afford to buy them a wii system with extra wii remotes but I don’t think that’s quite possible this year. But I will find them both something very nice to show them how proud I am of both of them.

So it’s Friday. What do you all have planned for the weekend?? My plans are pretty limited this weekend as my husband is on call this weekend so we really can’t plan a whole lot. He plans on working around the house this weekend and trying to fit a little time into take the kids fishing. I have to work for a few hours on Sunday but other than that I think it’s going to be a fairly quite weekend. I’m not complaining though. Sometimes it’s just nice to sit around on the weekend and do absolutely nothing and I think this weekend might just be one of those weekends.

Last night my husband was showing me different houses that are up for sale in our area. So… I’m really hoping this is a sign that he’s thinking about moving. Honestly I would love to have to invest in some Moving Announcements and be able to hand them out to all my family and friends. We have been living in a mobile home in a park for almost 12 years and I’m really tired of living here. Yes, I understand that to move we would in fact need to get a mortgage, but seriously at this point in my life I really wouldn’t care. I’ll certainly keep you all posted on whether we will be moving or not in the very near future.
