So instead of having a Cyber Monday, we are having a holiday on Monday. This Monday will be New Brunswick day. Now for most of the folks in our province, this means that we have an extra day off. Well not in our house. My husband is on call this weekend and still has to work. So although it’s a holiday, we still won’t get to do much of anything. Hopefully we will be able to fit a little fun time in this weekend.

Today is my husband and I’s 9th wedding anniversary. He is working today but I took the night off from my job so that we can have a nice little celebration. I sent out a few invitations to friends and family to join us for supper. While I was searching for these anniversary invitations online I discovered that you can get Halloween invitations as well. What a neat idea.

Hopefully the friends and family that we invited will be able to attend our little anniversary celebration. But if not, that’s okay too. As long as my husband, the kids and I are there, it will be a great night!

Man my housework really is getting away from me these days. It has really been too hot to do any amount of housework these days. Today I really wanted to clean the door hangers and the woodwork. But by the time I was able to get around to it, it was really too hot in here to do the work. Hopefully later on tonight it will cool down and I will be able to get some of this cleaning done. If not, I’m sure it will wait until tomorrow. Hopefully tomorrow won’t be quite so warm.

Well I did finish all the computer work that I needed to have done so yesterday I took the day off from working. I did absolutely no work on my computer or in my house. I just enjoyed the day with the family and I feel so much more relaxed because of it. Well today I have to make up for lost time. I’ve got to get some groceries, go to the bank and do a lot of housework. But I really don’t mind. I had such a great day yesterday that having all this work in front of me today really doesn’t matter. Now if I can get it all done, maybe I’ll be able to take the day off tomorrow as well.

I think I’m getting a bit burnt out. For the past week I have been sitting at my computer for at least 10 hours a day. Well I think all this work is finally catching up to me. So I think it’s time to step away from the computer and take some time off. I have to do some research on hydroxy cut reviews and finish up a pretty big transcription project, but after these two tasks are completed, I think I’m going to take a bit of time off.

So if you don’t see me around for the next few days, don’t get alarmed I’m just enjoying a much needed little break.

I have found the best method to keeping my weight down is by not buying a best fat burner product, but by just doing nothing. With the heat that we’ve been experiencing these days I think the weight is staying off just because I’m melting away. I’ve never really had to worry about my weight anyway, but with all this heat that we’ve been having lately, I really, really don’t have to worry about. I guess that’s the only good thing I can say about all this hot weather.

I thought I had budgeted my time right, but I didn’t. Last week I was given some work from a client and I thought I could have it finished by Friday. But after doing some calculations last night I discovered that I really screwed up on the amount of time I thought it would take me. I didn’t realize the file was as big as it was and quoted him a day that after careful consideration figured out just wasn’t possible. But… the good news is he did give me an extension after I explained my mistake. So I will get it done. It’s just going to take me quite a bit longer.

Man oh man do I have a lot of work that I need to finish. I have tons of general transcription that I need to have done and loads of blogging that I have to get done as well. And I have to have all this done by Thursday. I guess the articles on Rocky Patel will have to wait. I think by the looks of all this work ahead of me that I’m going to put in a few late nights. The paycheck will be really nice as long as I can survive doing all this work.

My daughter is not feeling well today and I have half an idea it’s because of the heat. The past few days have been extremely hot and unbearable and I really have to wonder if her illness has to do with all this warm weather. I’ll just have to keep an eye on her and make her rest. Hopefully it’s just a little sickness due from the heat and not something more serious. Oh well these things happen so I guess we will just have to somehow get through it. She has asked me to get her some treatments for bad breath but I think a little bit of Advil and some rest will probably do the trick.

I can’t believe the difference in the temperature today. Over the past few days we have been experiencing really high temps and honestly living here has been pretty much unbearable. But today there is a nice cool breeze outside and the temperatures are really decent. We are supposed to get some rain later on today and I really hope we do. At least then the air will be cool and I might be able to get some work done.
