For the past week I have been totally engrossed in a transcription contract and have gotten very little else done around here. The housework is so far behind, that I don’t even know where to start. But I am now finished with the contract the rest of the work should get completed here pretty shortly. For the rest of the day I plan on finishing all the housework and then tomorrow I’ll have to run to the bank and the grocery store. Then on Thursday I plan on looking for another transcription contract. I probably won’t agree to doing one quite so big next time. Baby steps.
So as you all know, I finally finished my home office/craft room. Well, since I now have the room to do my crafts I got right back into it yesterday. I spent most of the afternoon making jewelry and I was able to create quite a few pieces. And the best part….I didn’t have to put anything away once I was finished with it for the day. So later on when I decide that it’s time to create some more I can just get right down to it. After the leisurely day that I spent yesterday, I really have to wonder why it took me so long to get this room done. And of course, as always, when I get a few more pieces made I’ll pop back in and post some pictures of the finished products.

fan of TV. Just give me my radio and I’m set for the day. Now normally I just listen to the radio and rarely enter any contests or promotions that they have on. But, they are having a really neat contest on right now so I felt it was my duty to enter. First prize just happens to be a free hotel night stay at the newest hotel that just opened up in our area. I would love to win this prize for me and my husband. Him and I haven’t been away together for a night in over eight years. So I think it’s about time. I really hope I win! I would be great to get away even if it’s just for one night.
In my last post, I mentioned that I was clearing out my home office to get it all set up the way I want it to. Well after a lot of heavy lifting and a lot of work, I was able to finally get my room the way I want it. I do have a small bit of work left to do in it, but that will come in time. Right now I’m just so happy to have my work desk, chair and computer in it that the finishing touches really don’t matter that much to me. After I get caught up on a lot of computer work that needs to be done, then maybe I’ll concentrate on the finishing touches of this room. Until then, I’m just happy to be in here.
I have had a spare room in my home now for well over a year. When my oldest son moved out, I told my husband that I wanted to use this room for a home office. Well, after a year and a half I was able to finally get in my room. But not without one minor accident. I was moving boxes of wood flooring out of my room and putting them under my youngest son’s bed. Well I got four boxes under the bed with no problems. But when I went to put the final box underneath, it broke open and fell on my ankle. I thought for sure that I broke it! But, I didn’t. I just bruised it pretty bad. But, after this little adventure, I was able to get into my new home office. So…the pain was worth it!
Honestly, I can’t believe how quickly the of provillus in
weeks are just flying by. It seems like it was only yesterday that it was Monday and the kids went back to school and the husband went back to work. But it is indeed Friday! So, I hope you all have a great Friday and hope you all have a great weekend!
It’s Monday again so that means that I have a ingredients in provillus
lot of work ahead of me again this week. Actually this Monday is a little worse than most Monday’s because I really haven’t been able to get much done over the past couple of weeks. Two weeks ago the kids were home on March break, so I didn’t get a whole lot done. Then last week my husband was home on vacation, so another wasted week for me again. But they are all were they belong today, so I should be able to get a lot accomplished. I need to do all the housework that I’ve put off, I have to go get some groceries and I need to get quite a bit of work done on the Internet. I have so much work to do today that I don’t even know where to start.
Oh well, I guess I’ll just go grab a cup of coffee and then dig right in.
When my husband receives his income tax refund, he plans on purchasing a brand new laptop for himself. He will then give his old one to the kids for them to share. Currently they have one that they watch Christian videos on, play games on and caralluma diet pills
do some school work research on, but it has just about given up the ghost so they really do need a new computer. Right now the one they have, can only be used if it’s plugged in and a couple of the keys are missing. Plus, their computer doesn’t have a whole lot of memory, so getting them a newer one is a top priority right now. I don’t know who is more excited about getting a new laptop, the kids or my husband.
As many of you may be aware, to earn a little extra income for our household, I do some freelance writing. Most of my efforts lately have been directed to paid blogging. For those of you who may not be aware, paid blogging is when a company asks you to write about a product like stereo cabinet or a what is caralluma fimbriata extract
service and after you post about it on your blog, then they will pay you for your time and post. But, these opportunities seem to be dwindling away so I have been looking at other ways to earn this income. Well, I have found another way to earn this income. And this is through freelance article writing. This is pretty much the same thing as paid blogging, except you don’t need a blog to participate. Although it’s not my ideal form of writing, it does earn me extra money when I need it. So between the both, I am coming close to earning my ideal income level from working from home.

dislike Mondays and now I’m going to tell you all why.
I generally work every weekend. So when I’m working nothing gets done here around the house. And by nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. So I get to face it all on Monday. Add all this extra work to the fact that I’m tired and worn out on Monday from working the weekends (these are our busy times), you can see why I dread seeing Monday’s arrive. The only good thing about Monday is normally the kids go back to school this day, so it does give me a little “me” time.
But, not this Monday. This Monday starts the week that the kids are home for the week on their March break. So not only do I have a pile of work to do, but I also have two little kids underfoot as well.
So, now you know why I am really starting to dislike Mondays.
