Last night we got word that my father in laws house finally sold! He ended up taking a lot less than his original asking price, but since this home has been on the market since August, he was just happy to finally be rid of it. After a couple of months of the house not selling he did a little bit of work in it to make it more appealing to buyers. He painted the entire house from top to bottom, he replaced all the faucets with Moen faucets and he also put down lament flooring in the living room. Well I guess all these improvements helped as he was finally able to sell it. Now he can move on with his new life with his new wife.
