Why does it seem like January is the month when all you hear is about people trying to lose weight and about them trying out different weight loss pills? Is it because it’s just shortly after the holidays and people think that they over-indulged and need the extra help to get these pounds and inches off? My brother is a perfect example of this. Every January he goes on a health kick, but after a couple of months I never hear about his activities or progress in this area. And then I hear about it again when the new year rolls around.

Well true to form, he has been on his weight loss kick again. I wonder if it will last past February this year. Time will tell I guess.
