a cake eater.  Mainly because I detest the sweet icing.  But if you buy me a black forest cake, I will eat it!!  Every year for my birthday my husband always buys me  Black Forest Cake and because NO ONE in my household except me likes it, I end up eating the entire thing myself.  This is why I usually only get one a year.  Any more and I would probably get sick of it.

So this year for my birthday I told my husband not to buy one because no one else in the house will eat it so the kids don’t get any birthday cake.  But do you think he would listen to me??  Nope!  Friday night he came home with a cake for me (all for me lol) and a little regular cake for the kids.  What a sweetie.  So you can guess what I’ve been eating all weekend.  I have one piece left and then it will be gone for another year.  But the good thing was was that we all were happy.  I was able to get my cake and eat it all and the kids got the kind of cake they like.  So it was happiness all around my house this weekend.
