Fasten your seat belts guys. Were in for a bumpy ride. Google has started updating page ranks again. Although they won’t be finished this process until May 22, it’s still quite interesting to see how each of my sites will be affected. As of today only one site (this one) has page rank. All the other sites are still sitting at 0. But hopefully before it’s all said and done, some of the sites will see an increase in rank as well.
Unfortunately there is nothing that anyone can do but sit and wait. It’s really a guessing game at this point. But I’ll be sure to let you all know how I make out with this latest update and I would sure love to hear from you all on how well you made out as well.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with my bank to see about getting a personal loan. My car has finally kicked the bucket and I really need a new one. I think I may have kind of a difficult time getting this loan as I don’t have a whole lot of credit history built up so this may go against me. But we will see. If I can’t get a normal personal loan, I could always look into Bad Credit Personal Loans and see if I could get the money that way. Although I don’t have bad credit, I think that having limited credit would amount to about the same thing. But hopefully the little bit of credit that I do have established will be sufficient and I am able to get the loan that I so desperately need.
If this doesn’t work out then I’m going to check out the site over at personalloansmania.com. This site will help me get the proper type of loan with a convenient re-payment schedule. They also offer help online help which is a huge convenience to busy person and they will ensure that you are extremely pleased with the type of loan that you do get. Either way I need a car so I need to get a personal loan.

Well today was the day that both the kids went on a field trip to the civic center to plant some marigold seeds. It was quite fun and interesting the first time I went. Because of a screw up of my own doing, I ended up taking the field trip twice with the kids. For some reason, I thought they were both going at the same time so I offered to drive. Then I found out a day later that they were going separately. But, because I already said I would drive that meant two trips to the civic center for me. But it wasn’t that bad and the kids got to plant their seeds. In June they will be going to the town hall and planting their plants. And yes…this time they will be doing it together. lol

Last week my daughter received her very first pair of 5.11 Tactical Pants and I can’t tell you how thrilled she was to receive them. Wearing military or police gear just happens to be the in thing going on in her school. She loved them so much, that I had a hard time getting them away from her just so I could wash them. But, they are now washed again and all ready for when she goes back to school tomorrow. If this fad stays in fashion I may seriously have to look at purchasing her another pair.

So today we were invited to my father-in-law’s for a barbecue. After the barbecue I took the kids outside for a little fun and fresh air. I started looking around his yard and noticed that he had a lot of old leaves all over the place. So I asked him for his rake and wheelbarrow and then asked the kids if they would like to do some raking for him. Although the rake and the wheelbarrow where a little awkward for them, they jumped at the chance to help grampie out.
After a little while I discovered that although they were doing an *awesome* job, they were having a few problems. So I stepped in to help them out. We got one garbage bag full when they decided to stop and have fun instead. Grampie paid them $5.00 for their efforts. So they were happy and he was happy to have one less bag of leaves that he had to rake.

Here it is almost the end of April and what does my weatherman have to report this morning?? Snow tonight. Yeah, I know it’s not his fault. But come on now, enough is enough. I’m pretty sure that we have had all the snow we needed or wanted to last us a life time. And now that it’s SUPPOSED to be spring, we certainly don’t need anymore. The only good news that I can see come out of this is that because the ground has had time to warm up, this latest snow that we are supposed to get won’t stay. But man, enough is enough. Hopefully mother nature won’t hit us too hard and then we can get back to our spring like days again.

Today was my daughter’s fiddle-a-thon for her string’s program for her school. She had to play her violin for 200 minutes. She did really well, as all the kids did, but you can sure tell that she is now extremely tired. When she finished her fiddle-a-thon, she informed me that she couldn’t wait to get home to lay down.
Jokingly I said to her, yeah, you can lay down after your done your violin practice. If looks could kill, I would have been dead. lol She didn’t find me funny at all. When we got home she went straight to her room, put her violin in the closet and laid down on the bed. I honestly don’t think an earthquake could get her moving at this point. I won’t make her practice again today as I think after playing for 200 minutes that is long enough for one day.

I’ve been posting quite a bit about my latest venture. That would be the home crafting business that I’m trying to get up and running. When it’s all said and done I would like to sell quilts, knitted products, plastic canvas products and of course my homemade jewelry. So this is a post to give you all a sneak preview of things that I will eventually be selling. I haven’t been working really hard at the selling part yet as I’m trying to build up my inventory. But, I will show you a couple of pictures that will eventually be up for sale. So enjoy looking at the pictures and please leave me a comment to let me know what you think. I would love to hear from you all.

My daughter was watching a show on TV the other night where most of the actors were wearing 5.11 Tactical boots. Now she wants a pair. Doesn’t sound really girly now does it? But for her birthday I have decided to try to get her a pair. That is why I have been checking out a website over at lapolicegear.com where I can purchase the type of boots that she so desperately craves. The have an extensive amount of inventory on hand and their prices seem to be extremely reasonable. So I guess I will be able to indulge her just this once and when her birthday rolls around, she is going to be majorly surprised.
This fascination really shouldn’t surprise me, as when I was growing up, I lived in army combat boots. So…like mother, like daughter.
